Overview As a Partner in EisnerAmper's Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services, you will drive new business opportunities while servicing key clients in a compliance/consulting role. You'll lead staff development, contribute to thought leadership, and influence technology initiatives within a growing practice. You will work across client engagements, expand services for existing clients, and mentor teams to foster continuous improvement. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive company, industry, and economic research
- Analyze client financial statements
- Document and maintain work products
- Lead departmental training and foster a learning environment
- Coordinate in-house training and knowledge sharing
- Expand services to existing clients
- Oversee client engagements and supervise projects
- Coach and mentor staff to support career growth
- Assist in recruitment and developing training materials
- Initiate business development and network through events
- Occasionally travel or work from multiple offices or client sites
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- CPA or other applicable license
- 12+ years of progressive experience in the FLVS industry
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- Experience acquiring new clients and generating at least $1.5M in net new revenue annually
- 5+ years of supervisory experience and staff mentoring/counseling
- Strong background in litigation/expert services and damages calculation
