Responsibilities- Audit and report on contractor safety compliance and safety plans
- Procure safety equipment and train staff on proper use
- Maintain safety training records for CMC/DBPM staff
- Review Contractor Safety Plans and monitor safety performance
- Oversee construction activity safety on behalf of the client
- Monitor OSHA compliance for specific projects
- Conduct daily safety reviews and SOP-aligned site inspections
- Prepare daily safety reports for site visits and share lessons learned
Key requirements- Bachelor in Safety and Health, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional safety experience on heavy construction projects (rail/transit preferred)
- Valid SMS/CHST from BCSP or CSMC from NASP
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project site
