Overview As Talent Acquisition Manager (In-Staffing), you lead internal recruitment operations and mentor a team of recruiters to support staffing across multiple divisions and locations. You collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to plan hiring aligned with organizational goals and growth. You drive efficient full-cycle recruiting, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role supports clinic openings, expansion, and strategic workforce planning within a mission-driven cancer care network.
Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of recruiters across regions and clinics
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment: requisition mgmt, sourcing, pipelines, interviews, timelines
- Partner with leadership to assess staffing needs and develop aligned strategies
- Monitor workloads, requisition volumes, time-to-fill, and hiring trends
- Support hiring managers with recruitment guidance and market insights
- Develop proactive sourcing and pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure a professional candidate experience and onboarding coordination
- Assist recruitment efforts for organizational growth and new clinic openings
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and policies
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting tools, and best practices
- Participate in recruitment events, branding, and community outreach
- Prepare recruitment activity reports and workforce trend updates
- Act as liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and TA leadership
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience
- Previous healthcare recruitment experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or related preferred
