Overview

In this role you lead the Healthcare Building Automation portfolio and growth strategy, aligning offerings with customer workflows, regulatory needs, and market demand. You drive across product, engineering, and strategy to accelerate NPD/NPI, commercialization, and global go to market execution. You will shape partnerships and investment priorities, influencing both near term revenue and long term portfolio direction. This role blends sales, product, and strategy to advance Honeywell's mission in healthcare automation on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Shape Healthcare BA portfolio strategy to align with market demand, workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital trends
  • Drive customer discovery and market insights to inform investment priorities and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D on NPD/NPI, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management
  • Own or influence business cases, ROI models, and financial justification for portfolio investments
  • Ensure rapid commercialization, launch readiness, and global market adoption of new offerings
  • Define and execute healthcare BA growth strategy through new revenue streams and strategic partnerships
  • Build executive relationships with healthcare providers, systems, and ecosystem partners
  • Lead deal-shaping strategies including pricing frameworks and partnership models
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in product management & strategy in Healthcare with exposure to facilities, infrastructure, or clinical environments
  • Healthcare Building Automation industry experience is preferred
  • 3+ years in business development, stakeholder management, sales, and customer interfacing
  • Proven success in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
  • Experience influencing NPD and NPI, portfolio strategy, and commercialization
  • Strong financial acumen including business case development, pricing, and investment prioritization
  • Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization
