IT Contracts Manager

In this IT Contracts Manager role, you will oversee technology-related agreements and guide contract administration to ensure alignment with policy, legal, and operational needs. You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support IT purchasing and ongoing management of software, services, and hardware contracts. You will optimize the contract lifecycle, monitor licenses and inventories, and drive standardized administration processes in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a chance to shape governance, support negotiations, and improve visibility into active and completed IT agreements.

• Evaluate IT agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance (software, consulting, master services, hosting, maintenance, support)
• Administer the full contract lifecycle: organize records, maintain documentation, store executed materials
• Monitor technology assets (software licenses, hardware inventories) to support contract alignment
• Create and refine contract administration procedures to ensure policy compliance and consistency
• Partner with business leaders, legal, compliance, and supply chain to review terms and support vendor negotiations
• Manage contract modifications: amendments, addenda, quotes, proposals, work orders
• Communicate agreement updates to stakeholders and facilitate contract-related meetings
• Prepare recurring status reports on active, pending, and completed IT agreements
• Assist onboarding of new technology agreements with due diligence and related billing documentation
