Overview You will support the Benefits HRIS function with a focus on Workday, delivering data-driven insights and robust reporting. In this hybrid New York role, you'll partner with the Benefits team to improve processes, ensure data integrity, and automate workflows. You'll develop and validate audit and ad-hoc reports, handle large data sets, and document configurations and procedures. Responsibilities- Ensure data privacy, security and integrity across Benefits-related applications
- Provide technical support for Workday Benefits, including implementation and administration
- Support business processes related to Benefits, including upgrade testing and automation
- Design and develop audit, recurring and self-service reports for Benefits functions
- Analyze large data sets to identify issues and trends and share findings with management
- Maintain and update Workday Benefits configurations
- Serve as dedicated Workday implementation support, including documentation
- Create, process and reconcile insurance premium and headcount reports
- Handle eligibility files, vendor discrepancy investigations, and related audit reports
- Collaborate with HRIS counterparts to optimize cross-functional processes
- Track technical/functional issues and follow up with the Senior Analyst
- Document systems and procedures; facilitate effective communication
- Move to next section on responsibilities and policies
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Key requirements- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in Workday HCM with focus on Benefits
- Payroll knowledge related to Benefits
- Knowledge of Firm operations, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of benefits administrative procedures and applicable laws
