Overview

As Senior Manager, Compensation, you will design and operate market-driven compensation programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent. You will partner with the People team to align pay with strategy and ensure fair, transparent processes. You'll lead core cycles like merit and benchmarking, using data to inform decisions and mitigate risks. This role sits at the center of Total Rewards, helping shape our employee value proposition and competitive advantage. Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage core compensation programs (salary, bonus) aligned to company strategy and guidelines
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders on pay decisions, leveling, and employee-related compensation matters
  • Lead key compensation cycles (merit, promotions, benchmarking) with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and experience
  • Apply and evolve compensation frameworks using market data and internal insights
  • Use data and analysis to inform decisions, identify trends, and flag risks
  • Contribute to broader Total Rewards initiatives as needed
  • Partner with the People Partners, People Operations and Payroll to support processes and projects across the employee lifecycle
Key requirements
  • BS Degree in Business or Finance preferred
  • CBP or CCP preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in compensation
  • Proficient with compensation administration, preferably with Workday
  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation
  • Strong excel skills including formulas, functions, pivot tables etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain total confidentiality in all matters related to employee compensation
