Overview In this role you will manage design and delivery of routine capital projects across sites, partnering with hospital leaders to ensure compliant and timely execution. You develop scope, schedule and budget, and monitor performance against KPIs while benchmarking against industry best practices. You will support strategic capital initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational goals. This position sits within Adventist Health Roseville and shared service teams, contributing to a mission-driven, well-governed healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Manage design and delivery of multiple routine capital projects across sites
- Interface with hospital personnel and local leadership to develop and administer construction projects in line with regulations and guidelines
- Develop project scope, schedule and budget and execute against commitments
- Benchmark project performance against industry best practices and KPIs
- Support strategic capital projects as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Five years' experience in healthcare project management or construction management (preferred)
- Master's Degree (preferred)
