Responsibilities- Lead and deliver projects from start to finish within time and budget constraints
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Inspire and manage project teams to achieve high engagement and performance
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks and issues
- Track finances, manage budgets, and provide cost forecasts
- Implement quality control to meet standards and client expectations
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in project management processes
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
