Overview

In this role you lead the end-to-end delivery of large or multiple projects for CRB, aligning execution with business goals. You will build and guide a high-performing team, foster CRB culture, and manage stakeholder relationships from pre-con to warranty. You shape project strategy, optimize delivery, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability targets. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of design, construction, and client success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery including chartering, design, construction, procurement, CQV, and warranty
  • Build and sustain a high-performing, cross-functional team with internal and external partners
  • Develop and manage execution strategy, schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure profitability
  • Monitor KPIs: safety, pre-planning, execution, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction
  • Maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts and vendor agreements, and drive business development
  • Oversee pre-con, risk management, scope control, and change management to prevent creep
  • Coordinate with A/E and ensure timely, complete package flow and alignment
  • Lead risk, safety walks, quality plans, and project-specific documentation
  • Mentor and develop project managers and support staff; manage performance and HR processes
  • Lead pursuit efforts and RFP responses with win strategies and stakeholder coaching
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC industry
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, AECPMA, DBIA
  • Proven success in managing single large projects or portfolios of smaller projects
  • Advanced understanding of core engineering disciplines, and integrated project delivery
  • Ability to lead integrated teams including subcontractors and designers
  • Experience with design-construction relationships, procurement, CQV, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, safety, and scheduling tools
