Responsibilities- Establish and manage structured project information environments, including common data environments and shared repositories
- Apply and maintain naming conventions, metadata standards, and data structures
- Ensure alignment of models, documents, and data with project requirements across design and construction
- Maintain central project reference environments (notebooks, governance pages) for delivery alignment
- Coordinate information flows between disciplines to ensure design outputs, construction docs, and reporting are consistent
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and compliance reviews against requirements
- Support design-stage delivery through structured setup and coordination of project information
- Support construction-stage activities, including tracking revisions, RFIs, and field information updates
- Review and interpret structured project references to ensure alignment with scope, stage, and governance
- Work with BIM and delivery teams to ensure consistency between models, data, and documentation
- Ensure outputs align with governance structures and RACI roles
- Contribute to consistent, repeatable information management practices across projects
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in information management, document control, or digital delivery within infrastructure projects
- Experience across both design and construction stages
- Strong understanding of structured information management frameworks and delivery requirements
- Proven ability to coordinate information across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, data-focused approach
- Experience working within common data environments and structured information systems
