You will work with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and optimize assays, ensuring quality and robustness while mentoring junior staff. You will contribute to assay transfers, regulatory submissions, and continuous improvement, shaping analytical capabilities in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities- Lead the execution of complex protein-based assays independently and troubleshoot issues
- Develop and optimize protein-based assays, including design, protocol development, and validation
- Collaborate with scientists to analyze and interpret experimental data
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Contribute to assay transfer activities between teams or sites
- Participate in project planning and ensure timely results
- Assist in preparation of regulatory documents and support submissions
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field
- Proficiency in advanced laboratory techniques related to protein-based assays
