Responsibilities
  • Decompose complex client problems into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations in the room
  • Assess client landscapes, identify gaps and maturity levels, and tie findings to strategic directions
  • Link enterprise strategy to execution via architecture, roadmaps, and sequenced plans
  • Translate engagements into concrete next steps: roadmaps, artifacts, and scoped SOWs
  • Lead and present with executive presence in C-suite/board settings independently
  • Design and facilitate high-impact workshops aligning business and IT
  • Offer defensible, independent POV grounded in domain authority
  • Develop architecture artifacts (capability models, value stream maps, integration diagrams, operating models) as strategic tools
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in management consulting, strategic IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or equivalent senior roles
  • Proven track record at Principal level with client relationships and account growth
  • Advanced degree strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to tailor messages to audiences
  • Experience collaborating across delivery, sales, and leadership groups
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic and independent thinker
  • Collaborative and cross-functional leadership
  • Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)
  • Broad tech depth: data platforms, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, process architecture, AI/ML platforms
  • Fluency in enterprise AI: RAG, agentic workflows, model fine-tuning tradeoffs, AI-ready data infra
