Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner on Taboola's Global People Operations team in NYC, you influence cross functional GTM leaders with strategic people insights to strengthen organizational capability. You partner closely with global sales and partnerships, guiding design, engagement, and workforce planning to enable scalable growth. You blend HR pragmatism with a tech-forward mindset, exploring AI-driven solutions to automate routine HR work. This role offers impact through shaping teams, improving performance, and driving trust and accountability across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to global GTM leaders across selected groups, advising on people and organizational matters
  • Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness
  • Identify engagement risks, attrition concerns, and capability gaps; advise on resolution
  • Leverage people data to identify trends, impact, and translate insights into actions for business leaders
  • Forecast talent needs and devise strategies to attract, retain, and grow talent
  • Educate teams on HR policies, processes, and employment practices for clarity and compliance
  • Support complex employee relations matters and mediation when needed
  • Drive efficiency through generative AI and automation to free time for high-impact work
  • Partner with regional HR to ensure strong local support for global teams
  • Monitor external trends (labor markets, competitors, tech) to inform people plans
  • Reinforce a culture of trust, accountability, connection, and high performance
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of HRBP experience, with at least 1 year partnering with Sales or GTM in a global org
  • Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations
  • Data-driven mindset with metrics-led decision making
  • Commercial mindset linking people strategy to business needs
  • Experience advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Proven ability to build trust with leaders and employees via coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and execute hands-on
  • Track record in navigating complex employee relations with sound judgement
  • Curiosity about emerging workforce trends and AI impact on roles and skills
