Research Associate I - Precision Oncology of Gastrointestinal Cancers

In this role, you support cutting-edge translational GI cancer research led by Dr. Ajay Goel. You help manage lab operations, safety, and regulatory tasks while enabling high-quality experimental work. You will perform cancer genetics and epigenetics techniques and contribute to data collection and method validation. The position sits at the intersection of clinical relevance and basic science, contributing to efforts that aim to predict, prevent, and cure disease. • Maintain lab inventories, ordering, safety, and regulatory tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures for handling bio-hazardous materials
• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory experiments and validate results
• Conduct Cancer Genetics and Epigenetics techniques and assist Investigator's Research Project
• Accurately record procedures and results with clear methodology

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of research/laboratory experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate lab work
