Responsibilities- Full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments (ops, manufacturing, tech, marketing, services, sales, finance)
- Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates; negotiating offers
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to decision
- Proposing and driving improvements to recruitment processes and tools
- Training hiring managers on networking and effective hiring practices
- Collaborating with leadership to meet hiring needs aligned with the company roadmap
Key requirements- Full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on operations and manufacturing roles
- Experience using ATS (Greenhouse) and CRM (Gem) and Google Sheets
- Ability to recruit across diverse functions (tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, manufacturing)
- Bias for action and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication for compelling candidate messaging
- Data-driven approach to tracking results and stakeholder communication
- Relationship-building with local talent pools (schools, community networks, events)
