• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Provide clients with expert legal advice throughout litigation
• Collaborate with junior attorneys and legal staff for effective case management
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

• California licensed attorney
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation and personal injury law
• Proven track record of successful case management and trial experience
• Strong understanding of legal principles and court procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
