Responsibilities- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality standards
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory
- Lead status meetings and manage project communications with stakeholders
- Monitor and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity
- Apply Mondelez methodologies and frameworks for project management
Key requirements- 2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries
- Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- Excellent communication and ability to drive discussions across levels
