Overview In this role you support the clinical development team by designing studies, analyzing data, and preparing publications for nutraceutical or pharmaceutical products. You collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to advance innovative ingredients while ensuring GCP compliance and rigorous data quality. You will manage study coordination, site communications, and data validation, contributing to impactful scientific outputs and conferences. This position offers exposure to cross-functional work and opportunities to shape product development in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in study design and implementation with project leaders
- Oversee clinical trial activities and support scientists
- Prepare and ship study site documentation and correspond with sites
- Ensure protocol compliance with investigator sites or third-party facilities
- Validate study data for accuracy and quality
- Coordinate site recruitment, training, and close-out activities
- Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams as needed
- Research new product ingredients and conduct statistical analysis
- Create scientific publications for company needs
- Manage additional tasks as assigned by manager
- Participate in relevant scientific conferences
- Travel occasionally for business needs
- Communicate effectively within the organization
Key requirements- Master's degree in science, biology, veterinary, or related life sciences
- 4+ years of experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical context
- Previous experience in clinical studies
- Proficient in scientific writing
- Familiarity with GCP guidelines
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate technical insights into plans
