Overview In this role you will advance DHS-focused T&E programs by updating the formal curriculum and creating new course materials. You will provide SME guidance on adult learning and deliver T&E instruction for HSAI courses, at DHS facilities or virtually. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with program goals and security requirements. You contribute to a mission-driven environment that supports national security programs through effective education and evaluation. Responsibilities- review and update the formal T&E curriculum
- revise existing and create new T&E course materials
- provide SME support in adult learning and development of interactive training
- deliver professional T&E instruction for HSAI courses (in-person or virtual)
- work with qualified instructors experienced in adult learning concepts
Key requirements- Master's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- DHS T&E Level 3, DAWIA T&E Practitioner Level 2/3, and/or CTEP certification
- strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
- strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain DHS Suitability
