Responsibilities- Coordinate pursuit and pre-construction deliverables with Corporate, Operations leadership, and Estimating
- Review project docs for quality, content, and constructability
- Define required deliverables, assign owners, and manage timelines
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to prepare proposal documents
- Maintain strong client relationships during pursuit to support success
- Assess and escalate potential risk factors
- Coordinate constructability resolutions and request pricing for alternative designs
- Develop preliminary construction schedules aligned with estimates
- Review cost models during pre-construction and bidding
- Assist with contract documents and coordinate with operations, scheduling, legal, cost control, and procurement
- Monitor design progress for compliance with cost, schedule, and quality criteria and revise proposals as needed
Key requirements- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field desired
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction
- Prefers multidisciplinary experience in Preconstruction, Estimating, and Operations
- Estimating and scheduling experience desired
- Experience using computer-based estimating systems desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability to avoid conflicts
