Project Manager - Food & Beverage (Multiple Locations)

Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of multi-discipline projects from inception to completion. You lead complex engineering, EPC, construction, and program management efforts, coordinating safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts to meet client objectives. You act as the primary client liaison and oversee risk, procurement, and documentation turnover while guiding a multi-team workforce. You will shape project controls, reporting, and governance to achieve on-time, within-budget outcomes. The position emphasizes safety, client relationships, and profitable execution within a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-discipline project teams to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget results
  • Oversee scope, schedule, cost control, procurement, contracts, risk, and QA/QC
  • Manage client relations and serve as primary client contact for coordination and reporting
  • Lead RFP development, bid/selection, and scope-of-work documents; manage subcontracts and change orders
  • Develop and monitor schedules, control costs, and manage project controls (costs, scheduling, WBS, progress tracking)
  • Ensure safety program adherence and promote health/safety among team and subs
  • Support contract closeout and documentation turnover; manage closeout activities
  • Pursue new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships to grow revenue
  • Provide leadership to less experienced staff and contribute to industry conferences
  • Assist in project planning, budgeting, and objective setting
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years related experience
  • At least 3 years managing engineering or architectural projects
  • Ability to work with diverse contracts and public sector matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
