Overview

In this role you will provide end-to-end legal support for Adobe's Antitrust team, coordinating complex investigations, regulatory filings, M&A, and discovery efforts. You will build and manage matter plans, timelines, and dashboards while liaising with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure timely, accurate outcomes. You'll drive process improvements within the Antitrust Group and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Adobe Legal and the broader organization. This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary role at a tech leader shaping regulatory strategy and litigation readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end support for complex antitrust matters, including investigations, regulatory filings, litigation, and M&A, coordinating with Adobe legal, business and technical teams
  • Develop and maintain matter management plans, timelines, budgets, repositories, and status dashboards for active matters
  • Coordinate as primary liaison between outside counsel/economic consultants and Adobe internal participants, tracking deliverables and costs
  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews, meetings, depositions, and other matter events and assist in preparations
  • Conduct structured investigative research: interviews, document search, data review, and synthesis of findings
  • Lead and manage e-discovery activities with platforms, coordination with Litigation and outside counsel on collection, processing, search and review
  • Identify and implement improvements in Antitrust Group processes and streamline methodologies
  • Develop collaboration with cross-functional teams within Adobe Legal and across Adobe (Finance, Corporate Dev, Corp Strategy)
Key requirements
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 6-8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house
  • Familiarity with antitrust law a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ensure accuracy of deliverables while managing competing priorities
  • Independent with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
