Responsibilities- Align business objectives with people strategies and manage change to support sustainable growth
- Consult with senior leaders to design and implement human capital programs that strengthen capability and culture
- Execute cyclical HR processes (performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews) with a consistent, engaging experience
- Drive succession planning for senior and critical roles and develop leadership pipelines
- Communicate HR strategies clearly across all levels to build alignment and engagement
- Identify process improvements with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Partner with Employee Relations to apply fair, compliant practices and foster a positive workplace
- Coach leaders through structured change management and prioritize learning and development for growth
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in related field
- Ability to link business and people strategies using consulting skills
