Overview In this role you will own executive hiring across Anduril's SG&A functions, partnering with C-suite to attract and close VP+ leaders. You will build a confidential, senior talent network in defense and national security, and shape talent strategy, market mapping, and organizational design for senior hires. You'll implement rigorous, process-driven searches while representing Anduril's mission to top candidates. This is a high-impact role at a fast-scaling defense tech company.

Responsibilities- Own full-cycle executive searches across SG&A functions from intake to close, with emphasis on VP+ roles
- Advise C-suite on talent strategy, market mapping, compensation benchmarking, and organizational design for senior hires
- Build and maintain a proprietary network of senior defense and national security talent
- Develop structured search processes with calibration sessions, scorecards, pipeline reviews, and stakeholder alignment
- Serve as Anduril's brand ambassador to the senior defense community
- Coordinate with Security to navigate clearance timelines for TS/SCI and SAP candidates
- Collaborate with TA to share market intelligence and refine the executive recruiting playbook
- Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and search effectiveness, using data to drive improvements
Key requirements- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years in executive searches (VP+)
- Proven track record closing senior hires in defense, national security, aerospace, or adjacent government-adjacent sectors
- Deep familiarity with DoD acquisition ecosystem (PEOs, DASA, service acquisition executives, program offices)
- Established personal network across cleared defense and intelligence communities at senior levels
- Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment in evolving processes
- Executive presence and strong communication with C-level stakeholders and senior candidates
