Overview

In this role you will lead project management for a high-profile commercial client in the Greater Atlanta area, guiding initiatives from inception to turnover. You will coordinate design, engineering, construction, procurement, and stakeholder communications to meet project goals. Onsite work and client liaison are common, with a focus on controlling scope, cost, and schedule. You will drive risk management, quality, and close-out processes to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the project's strategic plans and programs to meet Owner goals
  • Lead design, engineering and construction teams through planning, design, preconstruction, and construction
  • Initiate and oversee procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
  • Act as liaison between client and design/construction professionals
  • Review and approve architectural/engineering drawings and bid documents
  • Lead value engineering to reduce cost
  • Monitor and update master budget and schedule; analyze impact on financial objectives
  • Coordinate and manage Owner-direct vendors and consultants
  • Present project status to clients and stakeholders; anticipate issues
  • Oversee project controls, QA/QC, and sequencing; manage meetings and follow-up actions
  • Manage close-out documentation, change orders, disputes, and final invoices
Key requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience
  • Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Commercial interior renovations project and/or construction management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical judgment with ability to consider multiple information sources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project; Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint; Teams
  • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
