Overview As Practice Innovation Attorney, you partner with corporate leadership to drive AI-enabled transformation and workflow redesign that enhances legal service delivery. You will shape practical, scalable solutions through automation, knowledge tools, and process improvements, aligning with governance and security standards. Your role blends legal practice insight, product thinking, and cross-functional leadership to elevate client experience. You'll lead pilots, train teams, and communicate ROI to partners while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities- Lead innovation and knowledge management for the Corporate practice, partnering with leadership and stakeholders to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Evaluate and redesign workflows for efficiency, consistency, and scalability; develop templates, playbooks, checklists, clause libraries, and decision trees.
- Identify and implement legal tech solutions including automation, AI, and dashboards; develop AI use cases and deliver practical guidance for service delivery.
- Prototype and refine solutions with user feedback; ensure alignment with platforms, governance, and security standards.
- Drive change management, provide training and enablement materials, and champion continuous improvement.
- Lead innovation initiatives from concept to implementation; define goals, milestones, risks, and resources; track ROI and adoption.
- Articulate the firm's innovation capabilities to clients and support pitches, RFPs, and showcases.
Key requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) with at least 3 years of practicing attorney experience at an Am Law 200 firm or equivalent in legal innovation/knowledge management/tech.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
