Overview You will lead site and civil engineering projects to deliver site development, utilities, parks, trails, and federal facilities. As a key member of the Tallahassee team, you'll work with diverse clients and cross-disciplinary teams to move projects from concept to delivery. You will shape engineering solutions, ensure quality control, and support business development efforts. Responsibilities- Execute project delivery and supervise professional/technical staff
- Lead, coordinate, and manage proposal, contract, and project administration efforts
- Collaborate with internal disciplines and sub-consultants
- Provide professional engineering design and project oversight with QA/QC
- Occasional travel for meetings and supporting other offices
- Supervise and mentor less experienced staff
Key requirements- Project management and business development experience to nurture existing clients and develop new multi-disciplined opportunities
- Effective verbal and written communication with project teams and clients, including public meetings
- Proficiency with AutoCAD / Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam (desirable)
- Efficient management of multiple concurrent projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering design experience with emphasis in land/site development
