You'll explore automation and AI opportunities atop legacy platforms to reduce friction, while connecting with cross-functional groups to scale impactful solutions. Responsibilities- Strategic influence and scaled enablement: train and enable enterprise and key account teams to work more efficiently
- Product innovation advocacy: partner with product teams to close gaps in project management and ERP architectures (e.g., change orders, contract items, markups)
- Process automation exploration: identify opportunities for automation, SQL scripting, or AI on legacy platforms to remove operational friction
- Cross-team connectivity: act as a Field CTO-type ambassador, sharing knowledge with solution engineering and networking with industry peers
Key requirements- 3-5+ years of hands-on construction industry experience
- Deep familiarity with industry-standard construction software solutions (construction ERP, construction accounting, project management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills to engage CFOs, project managers, engineers, and operations leaders
