Responsibilities- Represent clients in construction litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related matters
- Draft sophisticated litigation documents with precision and strategic insight
- Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and coordination of expert witnesses
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
Key requirements- 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience, with focus on personal injury matters
- Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Experience handling discovery processes and depositions
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a client-service mindset
