Overview As a Sr. Staff Endpoint Architect, you will define and drive the future-state Apple and Windows endpoint architecture for a global workforce. You'll partner with Security, Identity, Infrastructure, and other teams to modernize the endpoint environment, enabling secure, scalable, automated experiences across the device lifecycle. Your work shapes Mac adoption, device management, and employee experience at scale. This role offers a hands-on leadership path where strategic roadmaps meet practical delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Define enterprise endpoint strategy, reference architecture, and modernization roadmap for Apple and Windows
- Develop persona-based device strategy aligned to roles, workflows, security, and experience
- Lead assessments of applications and dependencies to determine Mac/Windows use cases
- Build data-driven roadmap to expand Mac adoption across personas
- Set standards for hardware, OS, identity, security, compliance, and lifecycle management
- Evaluate emerging Apple/Microsoft capabilities for enterprise use
- Present recommendations, priorities, risks, and progress to leadership
- Architect and modernize Apple device management (Jamf Pro, Intune, ABM, ADE)
- Architect Windows management (Intune, Autopilot, ConfigMgr, Entra ID)
Key requirements- 10+ years in endpoint engineering or related field
- Extensive experience with Apple and Windows endpoints in large/global enterprises
- Led endpoint modernization or device-transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise with Jamf Pro; strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, ConfigMgr
- Hands-on with Apple Business Manager and ADE
- Advanced knowledge of macOS/Windows architecture, security, deployment
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Platform SSO, Windows Hello, CA, passwordless
- Advanced automation using PowerShell and at least Bash/Zsh/Python/Jamf APIs/REST
- Experience implementing security baselines, encryption, endpoint protection, and compliance
- Ability to translate business requirements into architecture and roadmaps
- Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder mgmt, and leadership skills
- Experience with device standards, TCO models, pilots, migration, and enablement
