Overview

In this role you support DOE Hanford by delivering CIR and OABS services to RL/ORP, ensuring compliant administration of wages and labor regulations. You will handle DBA/SCA enforcement data, payroll documentation, and contract-related communications, collaborating with prime contractors and DOE staff. The position involves research on federal regulations and wage determinations, with opportunities to influence cross-cutting contractor procedures. You join a mission-driven team focusing on government program support and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with DBA Semi-Annual Enforcement reporting: data requests, submittal tracking, and WFIS database updates
  • Review SF-1413 forms for accuracy and manage payroll records transition to IDMS
  • Communicate with Prime Contractors to address payroll or compliance issues as needed
  • Assist with Hanford Site Stabilization Agreement (HSSA) changes and wage determination updates
  • Review and compare wage determinations against union settlements; prepare letters for DOL transmission
  • Research federal regulations, DOE policies, and guidelines related to SCA and DBA; propose contract modifications
  • Attend conferences and trainings related to scope of work
  • Support with required Contractor Industrial Relations (CIR) and OABS services for RL and AMB
Key requirements
  • 2-year degree in relevant field
  • 4 years of relevant DBA/SCA experience
  • Knowledge of certified payroll reviews under DBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; internet searching
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Travel as approved by Contracting Officer
  • Location: Richland, WA area
  • Security clearance considerations for federal engagements
