Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of multi-family and mixed-use developments, ensuring safety, on-time completion, and adherence to budget and quality standards. You coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities to keep projects moving smoothly. You'll mentor project teams and tackle site challenges, shaping how Vivmark scales its housing portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growth-focused, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to closeout
- Oversee schedules and budgets, prepare bids, and monitor subcontractor performance
- Review construction documents, coordinate permitting, ensure safety and quality compliance
- Conduct site walks, track progress, and work with Superintendents to stay on schedule and budget
- Lead and mentor project teams, building relationships with architects, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and community partners
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges and mitigate risks to maintain safe work environments
Key requirements- 7+ years managing residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (preferred)
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid (required)
- PMP or Superintendent/Site Safety Manager license (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and OSHA guidelines
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
