Responsibilities- Acclimate employees to plant policies, procedures, regulations, safety rules and benefits
- Maintain accurate employee records compliant with laws and reports
- Develop and write policies affecting hourly production and salaried staff
- Coordinate pre-employment drug screening and testing before offers
- Manage new employee orientation
- Monitor personnel transactions to ensure policy compliance
- Administer benefits program and respond to inquiries
