Responsibilities- evaluate bid specifications and drawings to prepare complete bids
- follow up with subcontractors to ensure bids are received
- collaborate with Project Management on bids and budgets to close business
- produce accurate work with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, throughout the bidding process
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 3-5 years of related experience
- Estimating experience or exposure to the electrical/utility industry or data centers
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Solid Microsoft Office experience with advanced Excel
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
