Overview In this role you will lead claims and order processing while applying analytical approaches to optimize supply chain operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor rebates, material flows, and customer orders, translating data into actionable insights. You'll build and present dashboards, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvements to performance. Responsibilities- Analytical support and administration of claims, credit holds, and customer order processing
- Provide governance insights on rebates, material flows, and customer orders
- Use advanced analytics to identify trends and inform decision making
- Monitor KPIs and recommend optimization actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to branches and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
- 3-5 years in an analytical role, preferably in Inventory Control or Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of inventory management and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power BI)
