You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable technical transfers, equipment readiness, and process documentation, contributing to safe, quality-driven production. Responsibilities- Support manufacturing operations in safety, quality, and cGMP compliance
- Perform cleaning activities and maintain inspection-ready spaces
- Complete training in safety, gowning, material movement, environmental monitoring, and manufacturing processes
- Assist with technical transfer activities, including training runs and process readiness
- Aid in creating, reviewing, and updating manufacturing documentation
- Learn and support customer manufacturing processes transferred to Portsmouth facility
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and other teams to meet project milestones
Key requirements- Experience in GMP/biotech/pharma or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Basic understanding of cGMP and cleanroom operations (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
