Litigation Support Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead litigation support projects across GT offices, applying Relativity and other tools to streamline case workflows. You'll partner with legal teams, vendors, and internal staff to deliver efficient document review, analytics, and transcript management solutions. The position blends technical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration, helping case teams achieve favorable outcomes. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, with potential remote work and in-person collaboration for trials and team meetings. This role is ideal for a proactive technologist who drives improvements in litigation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with legal teams on budgeting, vendor management, databases, productions, and transcript management for litigation
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to case teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Oversee day-to-day Litigation Support requests and coordinate internal staff and external vendors
  • Set up war rooms for trials and coordinate graphics services and courtroom technology
  • Collaborate with Litigation Support personnel nationwide to service multiple GT offices on concurrent projects
Key requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Expertise in Relativity required; predictive analytics proficiency preferred
  • Experience with Relativity aiR or AI-assisted document review is a plus
  • Proficiency in Opus 2 for transcript and video management
  • Ability to work with third-party vendors and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's Degree; minimum 5 years' experience in litigation support, analysis, or project management
  • Experience with analytics tools like Brainspace is a plus
  • Experience with capturing websites, online videos, editing, and graphics is a plus
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
