Overview As a Recruiting Manager, you will grow our client base and drive new business while representing our technology recruitment services. You will recruit, evaluate, and place IT professionals in full-time roles, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates. You will maintain proactive communication and offer career guidance, while engaging with local industry groups to boost our presence. This role combines business development with tech recruitment to impact client success.

Responsibilities- Develop and grow the client base and new business opportunities
- Introduce services through video, phone, and in-person meetings with clients

- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
- Maintain consistent communication and provide career guidance to candidates
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase local presence
Key requirements- 2+ years in IT-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
