Client Manager

In this role you will cultivate and manage Corporate Trust client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and alignment with business objectives. You will partner with business development to support new conversations and growth, while identifying risks and driving process improvements. You'll coordinate operational changes, and may contribute to revenue and headcount goals. The position requires collaboration across teams and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on delivering dependable, client-centered outcomes.

• Develop and maintain Corporate Trust client relationships to maximize value
• Review and approve new client relationships following policy, ensuring quality service
• Collaborate with new business development to support client conversations
• Identify risks and operational challenges; mitigate risk and improve processes
• Coordinate implementation of operational changes within the unit
• Support revenue growth and manage expenses; may supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to trust operations
• Participate in staffing decisions and staff development as needed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically eight+ years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments
• Strong knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to develop new business
• Effective planning, budgeting, and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and client issue resolution abilities
