Overview

As Regional Program Manager for AMER Construction, you drive performance improvement across regional portfolios, delivering analytical insight and coordinating cross-functional teams to remove blockers. You'll monitor KPI trends, manage milestones, and provide leadership with timely, data-driven decisions. The role sits at the intersection of construction, design, and operations, helping scale processes and align initiatives across the region. This is an opportunity to shape delivery excellence within a high-impact, global infrastructure program.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy periodic business reviews to influence decisions across regions
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on milestone misses and KPI performance to root cause and action plans
  • Deliver weekly progress reporting, readiness support, escalation reports, and regional pre-syncs at T-6
  • Serve as single point of contact for regional initiative management from concept to deployment
  • Drive alignment with partner teams to reduce effort and remove blockers
  • Compile monthly build health metrics across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Security
  • Develop and scale processes, tools, and templates to prevent/remediate delivery issues
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience turning new design concepts into deployable solutions
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word, and Windows OS
  • Experience with power management and power monitoring systems
  • 5+ years of project management in data centers or critical infrastructure (preferred)
  • Knowledge of critical data center equipment and engineering documentation
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations (Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, OSHA)
  • Experience reading construction specifications and drawings
