Overview As a Project Safety Adviser, you ensure best practices and OSHA compliance across complex electrical structures and construction sites. You will coordinate with executive management to implement contractor safety plans and oversee health and safety procedures. You'll attend meetings and mentor subcontractors to raise safety standards and promote a positive safety culture. This role supports HazTek's mission by reducing risk on mission-critical builds and across project portfolios.

Responsibilities- Oversee complex electrical construction projects to ensure OSHA compliance
- Advise and implement contractor safety plans with executive leadership
- Review and oversee construction Health & Safety management procedures
- Participate in safety department and management meetings, trainings, and briefings
- Manage subcontractor competency and performance on safety fronts
- Promote health and safety initiatives to shape positive safety behaviors on projects
Key requirements- Minimum 10 years of construction safety experience with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management
- Extensive experience in contractor communications and liaising with design teams and project professionals
- Advanced experience on data center or mission-critical builds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
