Overview

In this Field Based MSL role, you drive external engagement for the therapeutic portfolio, aligning with Therapy area strategies to advance scientific dialogue. You will work with medical colleagues and stakeholders to identify experts, respond to information requests, and share safety updates. You'll educate HCPs and cross-functional teams, while supporting clinical development and investigator-sponsored studies. This position offers visibility across regional teams and opportunities to influence patient care and scientific discourse.

Responsibilities
  • Identify External Experts and key stakeholders in the therapy area or geography
  • Respond to unsolicited information requests from healthcare professionals with compliant, scientifically rigorous responses
  • Disseminate safety information via Dear Healthcare Provider Letters and related processes
  • Conduct scientific exchanges and educational presentations for HCPs within label or aligned indications
  • Maintain deep expertise in the evolving therapeutic area and competitors
  • Attend regional account planning and scientific/medical meetings to capture insights
  • Support clinical development activities and investigator-sponsored studies; liaise with R&D
  • Engage with steering committees and advisory boards on clinical research topics
  • Provide scientific training to GSK sales representatives and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with matrix partners (sales, marketing, market access) to align strategies with patient and business goals
Key requirements
  • Pharm. D or Ph. D, DNP, or MD (medical/clinical focus)
  • Two or more years' experience in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy in humans
  • Must live within territory specified
