Overview Experienced Building Envelope Project Manager leading diverse enclosure projects in a collaborative, growth oriented firm. You will manage client relationships, supervise technical teams, and deliver high quality consulting across roofing, waterproofing, facades, and remediation. This role blends project leadership, technical oversight, and business development to grow NOVA's Building Envelope practice in the Atlanta area. You'll influence project outcomes from proposal to final deliverable and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities- Manage building envelope projects from proposal through final deliverable with focus on quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Lead enclosure assessments, roofing evaluations, property condition assessments, moisture investigations, and forensic studies
- Develop remedial design solutions and construction documents for roofing, waterproofing, facades, curtain walls, glazing, and rehabilitation
- Conduct peer reviews of drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals related to enclosure systems
- Lead investigations of water intrusion, enclosure failures, and performance issues
- Oversee field testing of roofing, waterproofing, fenestration, curtain wall, and facade systems per standards
- Perform QA observations and construction-phase services ensuring compliance with contract documents and manufacturers' requirements
- Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, budgets, schedules, and client correspondence
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, architects, engineers, and technicians
- Support business development through client relationship management and opportunity identification
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the Building Envelope and Facilities Consulting practice
Key requirements- Minimum of 6+ years in building envelope consulting, roofing, waterproofing, architecture, or related fields
- Project management experience with budgeting, scheduling, client communications, and technical oversight
- Strong knowledge of enclosure systems, remedial design, investigations, and construction administration
- Experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of roofing, waterproofing, facade systems, windows, curtain walls, air barriers, and moisture management
- PE or RA preferred but not required
- IIBEC certifications preferred: RRO, RRC, REWO, RWC, REWC, etc
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
