Overview In this role, you drive technology strategy and design for enterprise-scale solutions within West Monroe's Technology Advisory practice. You will champion digital transformation initiatives, shape scalable architectures, and guide clients through complex technology challenges. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities- Provide technology strategy and architectural guidance aligned with client goals
- Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions including cloud architectures and integration strategies
- Perform technology assessments, gap analyses, and roadmaps to support client objectives
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and inform decisions for clients
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture design, and/or implementation
- Proven track record leading complex technology initiatives and delivering results
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Strong data architecture, integration strategies, and application development methodologies
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
