Contracts Manager, Amazon MGM Studios

In this role you partner with legal to support Amazon MGM Studios' scripted series and feature projects. You streamline contract workflows, research rights to library properties, and drive efficiency through automation and AI-assisted processes. You'll manage development agreements, audit for compliance, and collaborate with cross functional teams to reduce turnaround times. This position blends creative development with legal operations in a fast paced environment that values practical problem solving and impact.

• Research rights and third party obligations for derivative works based on library properties
• Manage scripted development agreements and perform periodic compliance audits
• Identify and implement workflow improvements through automation and standardization, including AI tools for rights research and contract management

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of contracts management experience
• Knowledge of ethical considerations of AI in the legal context (confidentiality, accuracy, bias)
