Overview In this role you oversee the construction of high-impact facilities as the on-site Owners Representative, ensuring technical performance and contractor coordination. You work with engineers, PMs, contractors, and architects to deliver safe, quality buildings on time. You'll manage look-ahead planning, field quality, and closeout activities, mentoring staff and aligning with program strategy. This role offers exposure to large-scale projects and a chance to shape outcomes for clients and communities.

Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of project success on site and monitor contractor field activities
- Report progress and coordinate remediation for non-conforming work
- Ensure construction safety and elevate safety practices with contractor supervision
- Review look-ahead schedules and coordinate resources, testing, and equipment needs
- Manage construction through completion (Closeout), including punch lists, commissioning, and warranties
- Lead the project team, provide oversight, and resolve complex construction issues
- Mentor staff and develop long-term client relationships
- Contribute to program strategy and support program leadership
Key requirements- 10+ years of construction experience on large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and lead teams
- Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, contract management, and building systems
- Familiarity with project delivery methods and technology in construction
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
