Overview In this role you will lead on-site tenant improvement and interior fit-out projects for a high-profile tech client in Cupertino. You'll partner with the client and consultants across all stages, managing budgets, schedules, and governance to deliver high-quality outcomes. You'll drive process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role with real impact on project delivery and business growth.

Responsibilities- Interface with client and consultants at all project stages
- Manage project finances, invoicing, and monitor status in the financial system
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and budgets
- Apply performance management techniques and monitor progress
- Oversee change control and project information flow
- Prepare budget progress and other formal reports
- Ensure quality control and compliance with standards
- Contribute to proposals for new work and variations
- Identify process improvements for PM procedures and templates
- Raise awareness of quality, safety, health, and environment issues with the line manager
- Establish project governance, processes, and systems
- Fulfill general line management responsibilities; SOX controls where applicable
Key requirements- Prior GC experience
- Strategic advisory capability at project conception
- Strong time management and ability to deliver quality on time
- Ability to build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience as an effective team member delivering a specific commission
- Business development awareness with cross-selling opportunities
- Strong information sharing and retention skills
- Construction project management experience and client-facing effectiveness
- College degree in Construction Management or related field; PMP certification
- Membership in relevant professional organizations
- Experience managing stakeholders and work stream managers
- Experience managing commercial real estate or related construction projects
- Tenant Improvement and Fitout experience with Commercial Real Estate projects
