Overview In this role you will lead Ferrero Open Innovation initiatives for the Americas, focusing on AgriTech and BioTech. You will work with cross functional teams across R&D, procurement, and sustainability to scout technologies, evaluate partnerships, and accelerate projects. You will help define long term guidelines that align with Ferrero's sustainable sourcing strategy for the region. This is a hand on, strategy to execution role at the Innovation Center in Chicago with global exposure. You will translate scientific insights into actionable business plans while shaping the innovation agenda.

Responsibilities- Scout technologies and partners, assess collaboration potential, and manage project development in a cross functional setting
- Contribute to business planning, technology evaluation, and project acceleration with global experts and regional stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal R&D, procurement, and sustainability teams as well as Ferrero OI colleagues across Europe and Asia-Pacific
- Help define long term guidelines for AgriTech and Biotech innovation aligned with the central team and Stream Leaders
Key requirements- 8-12 years in biotechnology, agri-tech, or food science innovation within a CPG or multinational
- Strong scientific foundation in biological systems, fermentation, or bio based technologies
- Solid business acumen with excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to translate science into actionable business strategies
