Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of preventive maintenance, retrofit, startup and commissioning projects across the Northeast region. You will coordinate with DOCs and cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining quality. The position focuses on complex project execution, stakeholder communications, and safe, compliant site operations. You join a mission-driven electrical engineering services organization and influence project outcomes at scale. You will be designing solutions and shaping project success across multiple sites.

Responsibilities- Manage scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk to deliver on time, within budget, with quality
- Review initial technical scope and scheduling requirements from handoffs
- Utilize project management tools to track milestones and deliverables on site
- Lead project meetings and communications plans with stakeholders
- Coordinate job closeout mechanisms including punch lists and warranty transition
- Serve as main point of contact throughout the project duration
- Collaborate with DOC team to communicate safety initiatives and concerns
- Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty and change order management
- Coordinate with NAS PMO, sales engineers, and TAS to align client expectations with orders and timelines
- Support pipeline reviews with local teams and may require on-site presence
- Assist Construction Management with field resources and scheduling
- Provide occasional on-site support, inspections, and issue resolution
- Travel up to 50% within the US to support site activities
- Act as backup resource to Construction Manager to ensure continuity during peak periods
- Collaborate with Construction Managers to align scope, schedule, and financials
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years leading/managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects or equivalent in services, sales, or manufacturing of electrical distribution products
- Minimum 3 years technical experience in electrical installation, design, services, or construction
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- Must reside within 50 mile radius of listed location
